These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to the purchase of vintage clothing ("Products") from Vintage Pizza (the "Seller") through its website vintagepizza.store. By placing an order for Products on the Seller's website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Orders

1.1. You may place an order for Products by following the instructions on the Seller's website. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. If the Seller cancels your order after payment has been processed, the Seller will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the Products.

1. Payment

2.1. Payment for Products must be made at the time of placing the order. The Seller accepts payment by stripe, credit card, or afterpay.

2.2. Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. The price for Products will be the price posted on the Seller's website at the time the order is placed.

2.3. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. The Seller does not store or have access to your payment information.

1. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. The Seller will ship the Products to the address you provide at the time of placing the order. The Seller is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

3.2. The Seller will make every effort to ship the Products within the stated shipping time. However, the Seller does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates and is not liable for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or other third parties.

3.3. Shipping costs for Products will be displayed at the time of placing the order. The cost of shipping will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the Products.

1. Returns and Refunds

4.1. The Seller accepts returns of Products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact the Seller at benjamin.troup@gmail.com to receive a return authorization.

4.2. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the Products are not in their original condition.
